Obama Owns the Sequester
Wall Street Journal Editorial board member Steve Moore on why President Obama is to blame for the sequester. Moore says the sequester was originally Obama’s idea and now it won’t be replaced by a more sensible plan because the president isn’t really serious about making any cuts in federal spending.
