Santa’s Surprise
Wanting to repay Santa for his kindness, a group of kids from around the world sneak into his sleigh and journey to the North Pole to secretly tidy up his abode. This sweet 1947 cartoon from Paramount’s Famous Studios division introduced a new character — Little Audrey. Critics will carp about the cartoon being politically incorrect and stereotypical, but bear in mind, folks 65 years into the future will be laughing at what we consider modern nowadays.
